Jin-Xiang Chen

Jin Xiang Chen (b. 1996) is a self-taught artist based in Brooklyn whose work is inspired by television, celebrity, and current events. Working primarily in pen, his work often depicts his favorite TV personalities, celebrities, and holiday imagery. Vibrant pastel and colored pencils accents bring Jin’s work to life while the writing often found beside his subjects adds a playful and thought-provoking insight into Jin’s expressive work.
