Bobby Slaughter

Bobby Slaughter (b.1961) is a self-taught artist from New York. His work centers around religion, featuring Jehovah as the subject of many of his pieces. He writes the phrase, “Mr. God Jehovah Is Love So Good in Love,” and variations of this multiple times on nearly all his pieces. Bobby utilizes stencils in his work and has recently been experimenting with layering tracing paper. He revisits old pieces often and continues to elevate his own work.
